Microwave Dinner- Grouper!

Something my mom used to cook for us- so fast, yet so delicious!

Microwave Fish

- 1 x chunk of fish, preferably grouper, anything but salmon works well. Cut into
fillet or steaks.
- Green onions
- Tomatoes
- Sesame Oil
- Sea salt, pepper

  1. Put first 3 ingredients into a microwave safe container.
  2. Season with salt, pepper.
  3. Add sesame oil- the magic ingredient!
  4. Depending on how much fish you have, you'll have to adjust the microwave time. But I find that 5 minutes on full power usually works well.
  5. Enjoy with rice!

Fast, easy, delicious! Easy to make when you come back late from work with nothing ready to eat.
