Apple Ginger Chutney

Apple Ginger Chutney

- 4 Granny Smith Apples
- 1 onion
- 1.5 cups apple vinegar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup soaked raisins
- 1/4 cup minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- salt

  1. Brunoise the apples and onion.
  2. Add all ingredients together, and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook over high heat for 40 minutes, or until thickened.
  4. Serve with dish of choice.
