Chocolate Tuile
Tuile Batter
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup sifted confectioner’s sugar
- Dash of vanilla extract
- 2 large egg whites, slightly whisked
- 1/2 cup sifted all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Mix flour and cocoa powder together, then add in thirds to butter mixture.
- Add egg whites last.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 7-8 minutes; remove, mold around object of choice.
- Store at room temp. in airtight container.
