Avocado-Lime Gelato Part II

Playing around with my recipe.

- 1.5 ripe avocados
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 12 oz light sour cream
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- juice from 3 limes
- pinch of salt
- 2 oz silken tofu (optional)
- green food coloring (optional)

  1. Add all ingredients together, blend.
  2. I didn't add the tofu this time, because the consistency seemed pretty thick. I also didn't add the green food coloring, because the color was already a pretty light green.
