Seared Tuna with Ginger Cream Sauce

Some thoughts:

  1. 2 min. per side is ok for medium rare, and even this medium rare is a little bit too well done. I'd say probably 2 min for the first side, then 1:30 for the flip side, should be sufficient to get a nice medium rare (but closer to rare).
  2. The veggies were slightly overcooked.
  3. I didn't use enough cream for my cream sauce.
  4. The hazelnut oil that I seared the tuna in gave it a nice flavor.
